Questions to help you choose a tin
Which tin sizes are available?
Baeri, Ossetra, Beluga and Sevruga are all offered in tins from 30 g to 1 kg. Check the currently selectable sizes on each product page.
How much caviar should I plan for two people?
For a classic tasting, LEDIAMONT’s culinary guideline is about 30 g per person, or 60 g for two guests. Two 30 g tins cover that total. If you serve several varieties, divide the total portion between them and adjust it to your menu and guests’ preferences.
