The Explanation
LeDiamont brings together two French words: diamant, meaning diamond, and mont, meaning mountain. The diamond evokes the rarity and care behind our selection. The mountain expresses our ambition to aim high, with roots in Iran and a base in Switzerland.

Our product collection comes across as very uniform. The common appearance holds our exclusive products together. We present them as a unit.

Our selection brings together farmed caviar (Beluga, Ossetra, Baeri and Sevruga) and Iranian saffron threads. For each product we check origin, traceability, taste and presentation, and we state the useful information clearly: species, weight, storage and best before date.
Our caviar is stored and shipped with the cold chain maintained. Our sturgeon caviars are imported with the required CITES documents. We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
