Payments must be completed through the available payment methods on our website. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Swiss Post / PostPac Priority serves Switzerland and Liechtenstein for CHF 12.00 (handling 0–1 working day; transit 1 working day; caviar chilled). Other international shipping, where expressly confirmed, uses DHL. Christmas cut-off dates require separate confirmation. We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but delivery depends on the destination, courier, customs and other factors beyond our control.
LeDiamont is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect delivery information, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Caviar and other perishable foods cannot be returned or exchanged, whether or not the packaging has been opened, for reasons of hygiene and to protect the cold chain. If you receive a wrong, defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number and enclosing a photo: we will replace or refund it at no extra cost.
Return and exchange requests must be made according to our Return Policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging where applicable.
Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange for hygiene, customization, sale, or final-clearance reasons. Please review the product details before placing your order.
9. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
