How delivery works
- Choose your caviar online, from a 30 g tasting tin to a 1 kg tin.
- At checkout, pick the Swiss Post service you prefer, for example A-Post for next-working-day delivery.
- Your caviar is packed with ice packs in an insulated box that keeps it cold for at least 48 hours.
- When it arrives, put the tin straight into the coldest part of your fridge.

Storing your caviar
Keep an unopened tin between −3 °C and +3 °C, in the coldest part of the fridge. Home fridges are usually warmer, so follow the date on the tin and preferably enjoy it within a few weeks of delivery. Once opened, enjoy it within 48 hours. More in how long does caviar last.

Do I pay customs duties on delivery in Switzerland?
No. Our stock is in Switzerland, so the parcel is a domestic shipment.
How fast will my caviar arrive in Zurich or Geneva?
Usually within 1 to 2 working days, and most often the next working day with A-Post.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You pay when you order on the website: credit or debit card, TWINT or PostFinance (PostFinance Card, PostFinance Pay or e-finance).
Can caviar be returned?
Because the cold chain cannot be verified after delivery, caviar is not taken back or exchanged. A wrong or defective item is of course replaced or refunded.
